Description Suggest change

A sub sector below the Central Tower that offers some good 5.10a sport routes and a few harder ones. Great location to escape the wind. Has a nice shady base where you can hang a hammock and chill out, often times there is water in the arroyo nearby which is a plus. Shade in the morning and sun around noon for a few hours. The harder climbs go into the shade again by mid/late afternoon.

Getting There Suggest change

Hike up the main arroyo past Spirito dei Montani. Directly above you is a dead grey tree. That's the base of El Escondite. While hiking up the Arroyo if you get to Sirtaki you've gone just a little bit too far. Consult the topo map photo.
