Milkweed Canyon

Washington > Central-E Casca… > Chelan

Description

This canyon is flanked by chossy walls on 3 sides, with the sun-soaked northern wall offering the most obvious routes. The rock is questionable and loose in many places so please approach it with a healthy respect.

Getting There

Driving north from the Airport on Apple Acres road, canyon will be on the left after a large cow pasture - 2.5 miles. Currently the only parking is a single-car pullout on the right after the field. Walk over downed barbed wire and stay close to the hill to remain on public land. Follow the canyon and enjoy as the walls unfold before you.
