Description
This area has 3 sectors. The first is right behind the small room at the bottom of the dirt road. 70ms down your will find the second section. It is under the zipline cables. The final section is found past section 2 and down the side of the gully at the end.
You can reach the top of the first 11 routes by walking up the hill before getting to the room at the bottom. Make sure to have slings or webbing for the anchors as the bolts are either not connected by a chain or the chain is hardware store quality.
This is a great crag to learn on. It has nice short routes for beginners and then turns into harder long routes that are quite sustained. Also, the rock in this area is interesting.
This area was one of Lebanon's original learning spots due to the licensed workshops held there. There was also an outdoor club called La Reserve that helped finance the bolting of this area. It is a beautiful location with historical significance to the climbing community as well as the country.
**The crag is found in someones vegetable garden, so please be respectful and careful to preserve climbing here.

Getting There
This crag is found just past the town of Afqa. From Afqa, drive further up the mountain past the waterfall and the headwaters of Ibrahim Rive. From the waterfall and the bridge, it is a 1 km drive to the side road to the crag. After 800 m from the waterfall, you will find a small church on the left named Mar Takla, 200m after this there is a small opening on the left. This is the entrance to the crag. Drive down the road to a small stone room. the crag is directly behind it.
