WET ROCK: Holds rip off and climbs have been and will continue to be permanently damaged due to climbers not respecting this phenomenon. After a heavy storm the rock will remain wet, sometimes for several days. PLEASE DO NOT CLIMB IN MOAB during or after rain.
RAPTOR CLOSURES: please be aware of seasonal raptor closures. They occur annually in the spring.

Getting There
The approach is one of two ways. Since it's on the north side of the river and the rest of the boulders are on the south side of the river (or the island), if you part on the south side, find a spot to cross the river. Where the boulder is located often has white water so I would cross farther downstream and walk back up.
Otherwise, from the Gateway gas station, pass the gas station and take an immediate right onto 4.2 road. Head into Utah and then take a left on the dirt road. Take the road all the way to the river and park. You'll walk about 3 minutes to the boulder. Reference map for exact location.
