Description
Stellar cliff up above Ginzling. Could be considered part of Bergstation, but that's above my pay grade.
This crag is two-tiered. The lower tier generally has easier climbs (5a -> 6+) while the upper tier has only hard 6s and higher. The length of routes vary from 15m to 40m. In general the rock is extremely good, but there can be some sandy sections.
I think that climbing on the lower tier is generally not a great idea during the weekend as any rocks kicked from above will hit your head. Better to head to either Ewige Jagdgrunde or Bergstation.
Getting There
The parking, and the first part of the approach, is shared with Bergstation. From the parking lot in the town of ginzling, on the east side of the river, head straight east until you can wind your way up left past some boulders. Follow yellow trail markings (next to red for time) straight up the hill before they trend right towards the cliff.
