Granite Spires erupting from the tundra and lichen filled plains.

The rock is reportedly bad, being described as 'graham cracker rock', it is a type of granitic rock known as Syenite. Lacking the mineral quartz. There are some faces that appear cleaner than others and some routes reported in the CAJ and AAJ as being worthwhile.

Getting There Suggest change

Grizzly Lake Trail is the only maintained trail for accessing the backcountry of Tombstone Territorial Park. This includes access to the Grizzly, Talus and Divide lake campsites. The trailhead is at km 58.6 of the Dempster Highway.
