Description Suggest change

Limestone. Very good bolts and anchors.
This is one of the most frequented crags in Central Italy, plenty of routes (200+) from low 3s to 8b (5.5 to 5.13d). In summer it gets too hot very often and it is recommended to climb in the late afternoon hours. It is perfect in mid seasons and winter, when it is frequented from many climbers coming from other regions.

Material: 15 quickdraws, 70m single rope (60m is enough on most routes), helmet recommended, chalk mandatory :-)
Sometimes anchors' carabiners have locked screws, so bring a couple of additional quickdraws and an emergency maillon rapid.

Getting There Suggest change

Very easy access. The parking is only 8 minutes driving from the closest Highway exit. From the parking, it's 3 to 5 minutes easy walking depending on the sector.
The parking is in a residential area, so be respectful and try to park in one of the small parking lots in the area, and leave the few road spots to residents.
The Location Mark in the map is placed on the main trail access.
Hints: few steps from the crag there is one of the most exclusive (yet not very expensive) Spas in Central Italy.
