Description Suggest change

This is a great place to get some volume in without having to hike very far - there are approximately 20-25 problems on the perch. It is also a great place to basque in the sun on colder days. Although the rock is a bit fried, there are some good problems here and you are sure to build some skin. Classics in the area include Stretcher Traverse and Virginia Beach.

Getting There Suggest change

From Trinity Heights follow the trail N/NE to the base of Elden. It is easiest to describe from the boulder problem Ice Nine. Directly behind Ice Nine, pick up a decent trail at the base of Elden and take a left heading west. Follow this trail for less than 1/10th of a mile and keep your eyes out for a decent perch approximately 100 feet above the base with a few large pine trees. The best way to hike up to it is by following a faint trail that follows a few rock slabs and has a dead log propped against some rocks for easier access. Total hike time from Ice Nine is less than 5 minutes, you can get there other ways but those tend to be more scrambly / bush wacky.
