AKA "The Grand Canyon of the Pacific".

Massive system of canyons that are mostly only accessible by foot. The Waimea River is the main attraction here. Lots of rock , lots of choss.

Getting There Suggest change

Take HWY 550 up from Waimea Town. Can't miss it. Technically this area is before Kokee State Park, where the main cabins are.
