Access Issue: NO DRONES ON NATIONAL PARKLANDS Details

All of the crags within the New River Gorge proper are on national parklands, and drone use is prohibited here. There has been some discussion about places to launch drones that are not on park property, and then flying them over the gorge. This is super poor form; don't do it. Park regulations prohibit all drone use over the boundaries without a permit.

Want to get away from the crowds? Go here. Only a few established routes exist here, and they're all gear routes in the 5.10 range but you'll likely have the place to yourself.

Getting There

From the more popular Kingfish, pass the gully that you used to access Kingfish. Head upstream to climber's right until you find a short wall with a nice looking arete. That arete is Men Who Love Sheep.
