Description Suggest change

Out on the Pelajsac peninsula, two towns cater to beach vacations. It feels most popular with European campers and apartment renters looking to lounge around with the family on many fine pebble beaches. Day trips to Dubrovnik, the multitude of excellent regional wineries, windsurfing and kitesurfing, and good hikes make this is a fun place for active families.

There are a half-dozen small crags in the area, all limestone and well bolted.  Most have little nameplates so it's easy to figure out. It's not worth driving out the peninsula for these areas, but if you're on a trip in the area, throw in a dozen quickdraws and you'll be set.

Getting There Suggest change

It's an hour from mainland out highway 414, where you'll pass many wineries and some fruit stands. The drive is stunning, as is most of the Dalmatian coast!
