Description Suggest change

About 40 routes between 5.6 and 5.13, sport and trad. The cliff gets sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon. A pit toilet has been installed near the cliff. All anchors are equipped with chain or glue-ins, please don't top-rope through them.
Areas are listed from right to left.

La quarantaine de voies varie de 5.6 à 5.13, en sport et en trad. Au soleil le matin et à l'ombre l'après-midi. Une toilette sèche a été aménagée près de la paroi.  Tous les relais sont équipés de chaines et de scellements, ne pas les utiliser directement pour installer des moulinettes.
Les secteurs sont listés de droite à gauche.

Getting There Suggest change

Follow highway 55N towards Shawinigan and take exit 217. Follow the indications for St-Mathieu-du-Parc then Parc de la Mauricie. The parking is on the left (with Amphiteatre sign), 100m before the entrance to the National Parc.

From the parking, take the trail on the left of the white shack and follow the signs, it will take about 20 min to get to the cliff.

The approach gets you on the right side of the cliff, first route being "L'habit ne fait pas le moine".

Suivre la 55N en direction de Shawinigan et prendre la sortie 217. Suivre les indications pour St-Mathieu-du-Parc puis le Parc de la Mauricie. Le stationnement est sur la gauche (avec le panneau Amphitéâtre), 100m avant l'entrée du Parc National.

Du stationnement, emprunter le sentier à gauche de la cabane blanche et suivre les indications paroi. Compter environ 20 minutes pour se rendre à la paroi.

Le sentier d'approche mène à l'extrémité droite de la falaise. La première voie rencontrée est "L'habit ne fait pas le moine".
