The Spot Climbing

The main area is a small group of granite boulders with a nice view and campsite and no approach/you park at the boulders! There are only about 10 established problems on the upper most ridgetop boulder known as The Cat Tracks Boulder but there are many other rocks to the west and east on CA88 waiting to be established :)

Problems on The Cat Tracks Boulder from left to right are - far left overhang: Cat Tracks V3/4*** low steep sit start on jugs up into left top out or Cat Scratch Fever V4/5*** same sit into direct right top out - far right: Gold Cat V1/2** sit start gold patina jugs or Gold Cat Traverse V2/3** traverse through the corridor from left to right from Cat Tracks sit into Gold Cat or traverse right to left through the corridor starting on Gold Cat into Cat Tracks for Cat Tracks Traverse V5** or into Cat Scratch Fever for Cat Scratch Fever Traverse V6** or V0* left or right sit starts on a tiny lowball overhang just right/east of Cat Tracks. A few variations and problems exist on The Cat Tracks Boulder and a bit more potential below Cat Tracks and above the dirt rd on a few more larger but very grainy and barely featured granite boulders as well as on many other random granite boulders nearby along CA88.
