Hejszowina is a sandstone climbing area with strict climbing rules. One that will immediately stand out is that this area does not allow typical metal rock gear. It is knot climbing only.

The area is located in Stolowe Mountains National Park ( pngs.com.pl/ )

There are publications by the Lodz Mountain Club ( lkw.org.pl/ ) in different volumes specific to different climbing areas. They are pretty detailed, and there 100s of routes.

There are about 13 climbing areas. With an agreement with the National Park, 5 of those are off limits at the moment.
