Description Suggest change

There are many boulders around the lake.

Tread lightly, and avoid walking on tundra. There are no trails into the basin. It is talus scrambling.

Getting There Suggest change

Hike in from Guanella Pass via Rosalie Trail to Abyss Lake Trail. Cut off at first lake up into Frozen Lake Basin. This takes ~4 hours.
