Description Suggest change

King Forest is 47 acres of shady, rocky terrain owned by the town of Swampscott. There are a handful of small to medium-sized boulders scattered throughout. Several are worth a visit for the local boulderer. East Boulder and West Boulder appear to be the largest in the park, but there may be other big boys hidden amongst the trees.

Getting There Suggest change

Park at the end of Nicholas Street in Swampscott. The trailhead is marked with an entrance sign. There is a one-way (counter-clockwise) blazed loop trail (orange-yellow) that is about 1 mile long. The boulders can be accessed from this trail.
