Description
Angling undercling cracks, weird pinchy overlaps, thin edging, and rappel-in access-- what's not to love? Well, the steep, loose base area for one, but two of the climbs on the Front Triangle share a belay anchor at a small ledge, and all three offer chances to link up to other pitches above for some fun multi-pitch combos (see the topo photo for some ideas).
The Front Triangle sits below the rest of the Upper Tier and is best accessed by rappelling in from the top anchors for climbs on the left side (Reggaeton and Kinky Reggae) or from the belay anchor at the base of The Third Triangle (the belay anchor for Joy of My World). The anchor for the righthand route (Get Up, Stand Up) is exposed and difficult to reach from above, though it is right below you when you are standing at the far west end of the long ramp below the main climbs at the Upper Tier (i.e. standing below the overhang on Allrete).
Do not try to access the Front Triangle from below-- the terrain is very loose and steep and choked with shrubs.
