Description

A huge boulder in the bushes between the parking area and AB's Boulder. The rock isn't great quality, but good enough for a few boulder problems. As the name suggests, it is covered in hyrax feces and urine stains. Good luck with that. Also, in the dry seasons, the Masai kids can be a bit of a hazard, as they sometimes stand at the top and bottom to taunt you or cheer you on. Northern TZ climbing at it's most iconic!

Downclimb is on the east side of the boulder, towards the hill.

Getting There

From the parking area, follow directions to get to AB's Boulder. When you get there, turn right to head east along the base of the hill. You'll run into Peak Poop after a few minutes of walking.

It may seem roundabout, but this is probably the easiest way to find the boulder. If you need some help, climb the hill a bit and look around. It's the biggest boulder at the base of the hill.
