Getting There
Look for the sign that says "Salt Point State Park Gerstle Cove Campground". Go through the gate, travel ~0.5 miles, and turn left on Gerstle Cove Road. There will be a sign for the Visitor center. Travel to the end of the dirt road and park.
At the end of the turnaround there is a path that leads to the beach. Turn right at the beach and you should see the boulder.
