Description
Granite outcroppings rising out of the bush on hill tops near Christon Bank, Zimbabwe. The rock forms granite vert and slab climbing with some climbs being covered in positive little flakes. The climbing is on all sides of the hilltop meaning you can chase the shade throughout the day. There is a large roof on one side that can provide shade midday and a number of climbs are under the roof including one of the harder sport climbs in Zimbabwe, a 5.12c named Titanic. There are trad and sport climbs and many can be top roped. The bolts on the sport climbs are being replaced by the Zimbabwe Mountain Club. Contact the Zimbabwe Mountain Club for more details.
