In the early '90's the USFS banned all placement of bolts in the Superstition Wilderness. This unfortunately includes replacement of existing bolts. Violating this ban may result in climbing restrictions on this beautiful area. Please think twice and go bolt somewhere else.
Getting There
Hike to the Fortress. Follow trails leading NW around the large gully to your left and up a yellow slab to your right. At the top of the yellow slab you drop onto a small meadow. Follow cairns and a faint trail around a gully on your right. Keep right around a larger rock formation into another open flatter area. Several boulders with a lot of good climbing.
