Description
This might be the best crag in Miller Fork when it comes to rock quality. Think Solar Collector but harder. Nice crimpy, juggy lines on streaked gold rock. The approach might deter the dedicated gym climber but the quality of climbing is well worth the extra 5 minutes past the Graveyard. A good handful of routes at this crag are destined to be classics. The wall receives sun most of the day making it an ideal fall/winter/spring crag. Climbing in the summer however is possible as most of the wall is shaded by trees.
Getting There
Take the trail to the graveyard and follow the cliffline up and around a small rock scramble past DOA. You can't miss this bright gold wall. Alternatively you can take the approach at the record shop but break right about 2/3 of the way into the approach right before the large downed beech tree you would walk under to get to the record shop. From here it is about a 5 min walk to the crag.
