Description Suggest change

Usually thought of as a winter snow/ice area there are a few routes put up in summer, and probably more possibilities for easy rock "scrambles".

Getting There Suggest change

Drive Take Rt 16 north through North Conway, continue north through Pinkham Notch to Gorham. Turn west (left) on Rt 2, drive several miles to the large parking lot at "Appalachia". Take the Air Line and Short Line Trails into King Ravine.
