Altogether the eponymous location of one of the best extreme climbing destinations, a large camping ground, and the launching point to many other crags which are just across the street. These crags are Püttlachkamin, Erinnerungswand, and Weidener Wand.

Getting There Suggest change

The GPS coordinates given are to the parking area.
Located between Tüchersfeld and Pottenstein is the campground "Bärenschlucht" off the road to Weidmannsgesees. If you're not camping here, park on the right 30m after turning onto this road from the B470 (the road between Tüchersfeld and Pottenstein.
