Description Suggest change

Cactus Park is for the desert sherpas and tough fingered.

Getting There Suggest change

Take the left into the park from CO 141, drive 1/2 - 3/4 mile. 4 wheel or walk left up to the bottom of the cliffs, and enjoy the huge area of boulders. The first parking lot on your right is a great place to park if you need to walk, the area is directly left of that parking lot approx. 1/3 mile. The rock can be sharp and brittle, it needs more mileage.

Please walk along the faint cairned trails here or in the washes to preserve the extraordinarily delicate cryptobiotic soil.
