Description

Words can't describe how awesome this wall is, I've never quite seen anything like it! Think of the New River Gorge on perfect, gently overhanging granite. This wall is stacked for the 5.11-5.13 climber.

You can enjoy shady climbing until 2pm. After that, most of the wall is shaded by trees, except for the top 20 ft or so.

Getting There

Walk the dirt track past the main wall of Stora Väggen into the trees. Stay on the relatively flat ground, passing a 4th class ramp with a fixed rope that leads up to the upper tier of Stora Väggen. This wall is the next thing you'll encounter on the left. Note that the ramp with the fixed rope can be used to access the top of this cliff.
