Description

Tunnel Rock is the set of walls directly above Snowshed. Low traffic area that should get more attention, as one of the few north-facing areas on the Summit. Quality beginner climbs and a couple mid-range sport routes.

Getting There

From Donner Pass Road, follow the granite slabs to the right of Snowshed Wall up to the old road. Head left on the road for a couple of minutes, then follow easy talus to the base. Less than 10 minutes and straightforward.

From Snowshed, head up the West gully and top out.
