Description

Hole in the Wall is an amazing amphitheater located just a few minutes away form the mouth of the much more famous Keystone Canyon. It consists of a cluster of ice formations that offers enjoyable moderates to complicated technical routes.

Getting There

Park at the mouth of Keystone Canyon and walk across the pipeline bridge. Follow the access road to a sharp T in the road and hang a right. Jump onto the riverbed and walk up stream for about a mile and your objectives will start to appear. Depending on snow conditions this approach may a 20 min walk on hard pack or many times that to post hole through deep snow. Skies or snow shoes may be a good idea.
