Description
Seyitali Sektor is just outside of Kemaliye to the north. There's a great mix of rock from steep slabby spots, to sharp tiny pockets and ledges, to even a few offwidth cracks. Difficulty ranges from 5.5-5.13, so there's something for everyone. Routes are very well protected with many bolts, and you can walk around and set up topropes for most of the routes if that's your thing. This is all east-facing rock so you'll be in the sun until around 1:00. You can get a guidebook from the outdoor info centre in town, but it's out of date and there are at least 10 more routes developed since the book was published. Routes that are labeled "project" in the topos are either projects in the guidebook, or routes that I don't have information on.
Getting There
If you're coming from the town of Kemaliye, head north back towards the bridge. Just under 4km from the town centre, there will be a fork in the road with an option to go left onto a dirt road. Take this road and follow it up high. Eventually it will become paved with paver stones, and you'll take a left onto a dirt road just after the entrance to Seyitali Piknik area. Take the second left onto a smaller dirt road (if you hit the dead end you've gone too far) and take this road all the way to the end. You should be able to see the beginning of the crag from the end of the road.
