Description
The Solitaire boulder pretty much sits all by itself on the hillside across the creek from the main area of the Buttermilks. However, you do pass several good problems along the way, and it's not too far out of the way if you're headed to or from Dale's Camp.
Getting There
Just before the cattle guard before the Birthday boulders parking, turn left and park at the end of the road. Cross the creek and head up the other side. Hang a left through a small wash, then start to your right, following the curve of the hillside. Along the way you'll pass Painted Cave, as well as the Boneyard.
