Description
NOTE- Silent Boulder and Bouchard's Boulder have been moved to the sub-area "Guide's Wall Bouldering". R Hall Admin.
Although most people (rightly) come to Whitehorse Ledge for the excellent single and multi- pitch climbing, the area beneath the cliff is littered with enormous granite boulders. The majority of these are stacked on a steep talus field to the left of the main slabs but the woods beneath the talus and nearer the golf course are filled with excellent boulders with generally good landings and in a shaded, protected, and quiet setting. Some have clearly been climbed; others probably await exploration. They make a great change particularly in hot weather when the slabs are sweltering.
