Part of the Near Downs Ridge line, this secluded crag has high quality rock with AM shade and PM sun. The north face is located in narrow corridor chock full of ferns and other various flora. Along with the numerous routes of all grades on the Near Downs, West Lies Mirkwood and the Far Downs this is a great place to get in a lot of high quality climbing without moving too far.

Getting There Suggest change

Go behind the lake follow the obvious trail past the Outlets, head to the top of the saddle passing in between Duet & Riddle. Head down the gravel trail, take your second left hoping over downed trees into a narrow corridor East Lies Iron Hills is the first formation on your left.
