Description

This area consists of a group of quartzite blocks along the Rhein river near Trechtingshausen.

The climbs are generally single pitch and while there are some bolts a small rack is handy.
The area can be busy on weekends.

This area is not a great area with kids.

Getting There

From the town of Trechtingshausen head out of town on Sooneckstrasse (to the North) and take a left (south) on the road, outside of town, and drive about 1.7 km. There is a parking area on the left. (sorry, I don't know the name of the road, but I will update when I can)

For the parking area there is a trail down to the climbing areas on the right side of the parking lot (facing away from the street).

Head down this trail about 5 mins or so to the first climbing areas
