This area is a work in progress, so be patient over the next couple months while routes are cleaned and information added.
The Whipple Hill Conservation Area lies on the extreme eastern border of Lexington, MA. Like most small woods within the Greater Boston area, the land is used mostly by dog walkers and other outdoor lovers sporting their newest purchase from L.L. Bean. Scattered throughout the conservation area are many rocky outcroppings, a few of which offer limited climbing opportunities. This is certainly not a destination area, but for folks that live nearby and are looking for easier problems, it is worth checking out.
As of right now, only one boulder has been cleaned and improved; however, there are a handful more waiting for work, one of which looks very promising. Watch for upcoming edits with additional problems.

Getting There
The woods have many access points, but the main parking and access area is located off of Winchester Dr. at the Lexington/Winchester border. Set your car's GPS to 99 Winchester Dr. Lexington, MA.
From the parking lot, two trails head into the woods. The one on the right will take you to the summit of Whipple Hill and continues toward the Whipple Boulder. The trail to the left will take you toward Locke Pond and some crags and boulders with nice potential once cleaned and the landings improved.
