Fast Food Wall Climbing

From I-80, exit onto Hwy. 20 and drive four miles toward Nevada City. After 3.5 miles turn north onto Bowman Lake Rd. and drive for 1.3 miles. Just before the bridge that crosses the Yuba River there is a dirt access road, pass thru the locked gate and walk in. After walking 750 yards on this dirt road you will see a cairn on the right, take this trail, (you will pass many careens on the right but to find the correct trail pace out 750 yards or, If you come to a clear flat area that has many piles of PG&E of rocks, you have gone 200 yds too far. Continue on this trail for approx. 200 Yards (you will pass a metal bench on the right) to where the trail goes steep uphill. This point might be difficult to locate, people have put many careens here and I put a sign up that people keep removing. Continue on this trail to access the Fast Food Wall. Fast Food Wall will be the last climbing wall on the right before the trail goes left over a rocky hill and heads toward the gorge.
