Description
This area is officially called Wariruri Beach, however, many locals call this formation "Baby Bridge." Baby Bridge is confusing, since there is another "Baby Bridge" just down the road in Arikok.
These boulder problems are the result of a serendipitous detour while tooling around Aruba's beaches on ATVs. Right next to a natural arch of rock under which the ocean laps, a beautiful overhung boulder wall beckons. The rock is coral-like and sharp, the top-out is even sharper, the landing is sand, the cool-off is in the ocean ten feet away, and the getting-there and leaving on ATVs is a thrill.
The routes are as high quality as they are sharp!
Getting There
The routes are just to the right of a natural arch of rock (NOT the "Natural Bridge" in Aruba) that lies between the Bushiribana Ruins and the California Lighthouse on the north side of the island, in Wariruri Bay.
An ATV or similar vehicle is strongly recommended. To get there, make your way to the north side of the island and travel along the beach, from either direction. Either go to the Lighthouse and then travel southeast along the beach, or go to Arikok National Park and travel northwest. If you're traveling northwest, Coconut Arch at Wariruri Beach is found a little ways after Bushiribana Ruins.
