Description
Waaaay at the top of the Upper Frying Pan, this small area hosts a handful of routes on great rock. While some of the routes are really fun, the lengthy hike (1 hour of steep uphill) and the plethora of climbs you have to walk right under to get up here will probably mean that this area will never be very crowded. Despite this, if you're at the F-Pan for a day, it's worth a hike to scope out the climbs and check out the great views of the valley and Reudi Dam.
Climbs at this area currently range from 10+ to 13+. Most routes are bolted but some do require gear, so slumping a small rack up here can be a good idea.

Getting There
From the Skillet trailhead, walk up and past the Skillet. Keep walking. Walk past the Chubby Pickle. Keep walking. Walk past the Outpost and the Mental Block. By now you're thinking that maybe this trek wasn't such a good idea. Keep walking. Finally reach the Yonder Area at the very top of the cliffline, right before the cliff peters out.
It's also possible to reach the Yonder Area by hiking up the Ruedi Overlook trail.
