Description
This small formation sits up above the parking area where the 4x4 road ends (see the Dave Kennedy guide book for exact reference). Hike east uphill for 200 yards to the base of the formation. Tombstone is signatured by a distinct crack that starts on the left side and then diagonals right to a wide crack that goes straight up. The climb receive loads of sun later in the day, a great spot to finish off the day. And since it is situated near the Elliot Pass, it can be windy at times.
