Getting There
Private Property, Access at this location is fragile. Accordingly, we have chosen not to publicly display the location of the area. Instead, please contact local climbers for additional information on this area. Numerous local climbing groups exist on Facebook.
Take the Ka'au crater trail scenic route and head down the trail at the parking lot, right behind the "No trespassing" sign. Use the ropes as guides down the first, slippery slope. Continue on the trail down the hill and along the stream. After about 5-8 minutes, and after you cross over the stream twice, you'll reach a small waterfall with a nice flat boulders to sit on. Look up the hill and you'll see a wall, 100' wide and 20-30' high.
