Description

This is the first small cluster that you will reach along the trail once you reach the knob. This areas namesake comes from (I have to assume) the bright trail marker arrow that is painted there.

Anyway, this area is small, slopey, and a perfect place to stop and rest after walking all of your extra calories off for the past hour and a half.

Getting There

To get here, prepare for a all uphill 3.5 mile hike with your gear.

Hike for an hour and a half and this is the first spot you will come to on the trail that is after the fire road.
