Access Issue: Climbing is Prohibited Details

December of 2024 Mountain Project received information that climbing has been prohibited for the past 2 years. Violations result in $250 fine. They have mounted trail cameras tp catch violators.

Getting There

Park at the pullout for the boulder gardens. Follow the trail on the opposite side of the pullout and walk up the natural rock ramps toward the huge hanging boulder. From there walk over the next hill crest and you should be looking directly down on Oreo.
