Description Suggest change

On a clear day you can see Fuji-san from Tokyo, and vis-a-versa. Shizuoka and Yamanashi prefectures both share the mountain, however the summit is officially in Shizuoka. Besides being the shire of Fuji-san, these prefectures host an array of beautiful crags and hut hikes.

Getting There Suggest change

Fly into Tokyo Narita. From Tokyo, take a tour bus or train to Gotemba.
