Description Suggest change

The Scary Tree Pinnacles are located on the plateau east of Gold Dust Gulch, directly above Poodle Rock. The "pinnacles" are a dark brown/black color, and the routes are on the western faces (facing the Gulch).

There are bolt anchors on both pinnacles with no chains. You can scramble off the pinnacles to the southeast.

Getting There Suggest change

From the Desert Queen Mine parking area hike east and then down into the beautiful Gold Dust Gulch. Follow the river bed south past the Gold Nuggets on your left. Continue just 100' past the dam and turn left and head up onto the plateau, turning back north to walk along the top of the Gold Nuggets.
The Scary Tree Pinnacles (with said scary tree) are on your right.
