Description Suggest change

Located above and behind Millstone Edge, Owler Tor is a classic bouldering area in the middle of a fine moor. There are excellent views, coarse rock, and most importantly, a fine selection of moderate to somewhat difficult problems. Many of the problems are hidden in pleasant grottoes connected by narrow grassy corridors. A very cool place, and a great way to warm down after cruising the cracks of Millstone all day, or even a destination in and of itself.

Getting There Suggest change

Park as for Millstone, 1 mile out of Hathersage on the A6187. Walk straight out the most obvious path through the grove. In .5 mile, Mother Cap (large boulder) will appear on the path. Owler Tor extends behind this.
