Past the Oven toward the right side of the Pit is the Son Tower, a semi-detached formation with a good concentration of moderate routes. All of the climbs here are 5.10 or under. The rock is fairly solid, but broken up by many ledges. Shaded on hot days.
Early guides referred to this formation as Son Tower though later guides call it Sun Tower.
