Access Issue: Climbing Regulations/Seasonal Raptor Closures Details

The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description

The Entrance Boulder is the large block at the start of the Real Hidden Valley Nature Trail and is home to a number of fun problems including Stand Up for Your Rights (V0), Entrance Problem (V6) and Ceasar's Palace (V6) one of the many run-and-jump problems which exist at Joshua Tree.

Getting There

Park wherever you can in the large paved parking area and hoof it over to the boulder which sits at the head of the Real Hidden Valley Nature Trail. Plan on a 5 minute or less approach.
