Please do not litter and observe all regulations. We had to fight to regain access at one time, and we don't want to lose the privilege again. Local ethics and refuge regulations are that no bolting is permitted unless expressly authorized by the park. Leave the hammer and nails at home, no fixed gear please. Everything will go clean.

Description

This area is located ON TOP of Mount Scott. Typically catches a lot of wind. 3 splitter cracks on one boulder, all only about 25 feet high. Although the top of Mount Scott is always crowded with tourists, this area is tucked away from the crowd.
Faces approximately NW.
Not a "classic" area but a great place to practice hand/finger crack climbing skills.

Getting There

Park on top of Mount Scott in lot that overlooks the west side of Mt Scott (the large parking lot). Head north into the boulder field about 50 yards. This area can be hard to find because it sits in a gully.
