Description
Guide's Wall is the right most wall in Gus Fruh area. It is a short limestone wall often used by guides and beginners now bolted for lead climbing.
Getting There
There are two ways to enter the Gus Fruh and Guide's Wall areas. One entrance is off of S. Lamar onto Barton Skyway. Go to the 2nd 4 way stop, turn left. Park on the street near the "Barton Creek Greenbelt" sign. Enter trail, follow it down to the creek and cross the creek. Turn right on the trail on the other side of the creek and walk about 150 yds till you see rock wall with a cave at the bottom. The next wall on the left is Guide's Wall is next to Kingdom of Ging which is notable for its large cave about 7' high that runs the length of the base of the wall.
