Description Suggest change

This small quarry offers some exciting climbing unlike anything else around. Most of the routes are on frictionless slate, with very little poor protection.

The Quarry faces North and see only evening sun.

In addition to the traditional climbs there are a number of bolted routes and dry too routes situated in the hideously steep cave at the back of the quarry.

Getting There Suggest change

Drive north on the A9 from Perth. Turn of at he Dunkeld road, and cross over the River Tay bridge. On the far side of the bridge take the first right and follow the river for about 1.5 miles. A group of house will be seen on the left, and immediately beyond you'll see the gate at the entrance to the quarry.

Park up and enter the quarry on foot.
