WET ROCK: Holds rip off and climbs have been and will continue to be permanently damaged due to climbers not respecting this phenomenon. After a heavy storm the rock will remain wet, sometimes for several days. PLEASE DO NOT CLIMB IN MOAB during or after rain.

[Hide Comment] I did this climb with Dave Evans shortly after the first Ascent in the mid 1980's. We liked it;...and it's refreshing to do something that isn't a big ordeal;....just a quick climb, near the road;...then off to town for beer and grub.
